Thanks to my friend Mollie Jones of Tyler, Texas, for inspiring this piece. Mollie has beautiful hens who flock around Hercules Rooster. I'll be painting Hercules soon. This painting was created with watercolor wash and ink line on 5x7 inch Stonehenge Rising archival paper. The red paints used were Cadmium Red and Alizarin Crimson. As always, my paintings are copyright V. Bridges-Hoyt and may not be copied or reproduced in any format without my prior written approval and signed agreement.
